Rules of the School
- 1Applications for leave must be made in writing and signed by a parent/guardian, addressed to the Principal.
- 2In case of sickness, the school must be informed; a written excuse signed by the parent/guardian is required when the student returns.
- 3Students returning late after the holidays without a valid, communicated reason risk removal from the rolls.
- 4Running or shouting inside the school building is not permitted.
- 5Any damage caused to school property by a student must be compensated for by the parent/guardian.
- 6Students are expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- 7At the "first bell" — five minutes before the assembly — all students must take their allotted places.
- 8Outside books, newspapers and comics are not allowed on school premises without the Principal's approval.
- 9The school is not responsible for the loss of any valuables brought onto the premises.
- 10Students are expected to converse in English while on the school premises.
- 11Parents are expected to cooperate with the school on matters of discipline and homework.
- 12Parents must check and sign their ward's progress reports/report card.
- 13Parent-Teacher meetings may be held only with the prior sanction of the Principal.
- 14School uniform is compulsory on all class days and at school functions.
- 15P.T. uniform (colour per House) is compulsory and worn on Wednesdays and Saturdays from Class II onwards.
- 16The school diary and yearly calendar, along with the prescribed belt and tie, are compulsory items of uniform.
Library Rules
- • A fine of ₹5 per day is charged for late return of library books.
- • Any damage to a library book is penalised at the discretion of the Librarian/Principal.
Grounds for Removal
- • Inability to follow instruction in the English-medium classroom
- • Indiscipline
- • More than 10 days of unexplained absence
- • Non-payment of fees
- • Failing the same class twice
